Module being prepared on Leaders Vs Managers
Hello All,

I am preparing a module on Leader Vs Manager and for that

I need some good example over the statement

" Manager do the things right and Leaders do the right things"

Please help me buddies and respected seniors.

Hope following details make you understand diff between Manager and Leaders.

*** Leaders focus on managing people, while the Managers are managing work.
*** Leaders have the followers, Managers have the subbordinates.
*** Leaders seek for vision, Managers seek for objective.
*** Leaders are proactive, Managers are reactive.
*** Leaders try to run with new road while Managers like the existing road.
*** Leaders always give credit to others, on the other hand, Managers love to take the credit.
*** Leaders' power is their personal charisma, while the Managers' power is orthodox management authority.
*** Leaders always ready to take risk but the Managers like to minimize that.
*** They have different styles as well. Leaders are Transformational, Managers are Transactional.

Thanks for the reply.

I am looking for the best identical examples of a leader and a manager.

I want to illustrate those name in my training program so that the participants will have the better understanding.

Please suggest some names for that.
