Hi Seniors, I Joined An MNC Two Years Back But Till Date I Did not Receive My Appointment Letter From HR. All My Co-Workers Got There Appointment Letters After A Month Of Joining Even Some Joined After My Joining Got There Appointment Letter On Time. Whenever I Ask My HR For Appointment Letter He Denies And Say Company Do Not Provide Appointment Letter To Employees & At The Same Time When I Ask him That All My Coworkers Got There Appointment Letter On Time Than Why Not Me? They Have No Answer For Me & Say You Have Salary Slips & Attendance Show Them As A Proof Whenever You Join New Company. Two Freshers Joined After Me With Same Designation They Got There Appointment Letter On Time And There Salary Is Also Rs. 5000 More Than Me. When I Ask The Reason To HR. Again No Answer.
It Seems Like I Am Just Wasting My Time With Here.
Please Advice What To Do.

It's really strange that you did not receive appointment letter and it's been two years now. Since nothing is working from HR end , then you have to seek help from your respective department HOD or can approach the Plant head / Operations head for help. First take appointment from them and in details explain your issue and need support from them . It will work out. If then also nothing moves then your in big problem and look out for other opportunities.

Appointment letter is an important document to prove your employement and employer details to your next organization.I would suggest you to draft a mail to your hr keeping your HOD in loop and ask for appointment letter. Also ask for increment letter or appraisal form in case there is any appraisal in last 2 years.
This will surely help you.
Best of Luck !!!!

Dear Nithish, as u told your HR is correct, he is trying to help u by telling " You Have Salary Slips & Attendance Show Them As A Proof Whenever You Join New Company" it looks your company wants you to move out by yourself they dont want to keep u in trouble by removing you, try to get new job and move out. all this is my assumption troughth is known only to god
