Campus to Corporate Training Program

Dear All,

Through our training experience with various corporate we have realised that the freshers who joins the corporate right after finishing their education are good in their technical knowledge and skills. But sadly they lack in English Speaking Skills, Business Communication Skills, Corporate Etiquette and Manners, Customer Interfacing Skills and other soft skills such as Working in Team etc.

Thus, we are introducing a Campus to Corporate, a 48 hour program for these new joinees in your organisation. This program will equip them with all the above mentioned skills which will not only help them to get accustomed to the Corporate Culture but will also help them to face the challenges of the Corporate World effectively.

This program can become a part of your OJT or the Induction Training program. The program will be conducted in the organisation premise and can be tailor made to suit your requirement.

I conduct regularly to quite afew companies in Bangalore.
i have one day/two days module.
I retired as HEAD HR in German multinational-has also experience in publicsector/family company.
