Hello Goutham,
Can you give more details of the situation/case?
Why take back the resignation in the first place--when you intend to trigger the exit process all over again within 15 days?
And by your query, are you referring to the features in the software in your Company's ERP OR the HR angle?
Rgds,

Hi TS,
Thanks for the reply..
I just want to know the risk or policies involved in triggering exit process immedietely after taking the resignation back.
I have got very good offer from other company which I did not expect. So is it possible to take trigger again??
Thanks,
Goutham.

Whether it is possible to "trigger" exit is something that depends on your company and its policies. We know neither your company nor have access to their policies. So how do you expect us to give the answer to your question ?
That said, Mr. Rao's answer is the closest response you can get - it depends on your HR team and your manager.
