Please help me in resolving this query.
One of my friend was working as an engineer in a plant from Dec 2006 to Aug 2008.In between he had taken study leave for 1 year. Now he is having nearly 8 years of exp but if he includes this study leave period ,then it comes to 9 years .
So he should include this period in his experience or not.
