El/ sl leave eligibility during maternity lop
Hello please help me to clarify a query in maternity leave. suppose a women is having 3 month maternity leave and she extended her leave for 3 months which falls as lop what would be her normal leave eligibility for that lop period? ie will she eligible for earned leave/ casual leave/ sick leave for that period ? she joined the service after 6 months leave.please confirm. regards kala

Eligibility for maternity benefit in case of adoption of child
According to section 54 a woman is allowed maternity leave of 12 weeks only if the adopted child is below 3 months of age. if a woman adopts a child who is more than 3 months of age she is not considered for maternity leave at all. my query is about the eligibility of 80 days. 1 if a woman who joined the organization two months back and adopts a child will be eligible for 12 weeks of maternity leave? if no 2 can she apply for maternity leave after acquiring eligibility status in terms of working days? experts kindly suggest.
Eligibility criteria for gratuity
Dear friends... need your help in this regard... i am working in a it company from last 6.5 years. in these years i have taken a maternity leave of 8 months. in this 8 months 3 months was paid leaves i.e maternity benefit and rest 5 months was an approved leave. now my hr is telling that i am not eligible for gratuity as per the policy. i have some confusion in this regard. please confirm me whether i am eligible for gratuity benefit or not. pleeeeeeeeeeese help me. warm regards usha.h

I joined a company on 5/2013. during 09/2015 i took 90 days of maternity leave. after that i took 20 days of earned leave and then again took 148 days leave as extended maternity leave leave without pay. after maternity i am still continuing in the same company and planning to quit now. will i be eligible for gratuity?
