I have seen many people are discussing about starting a new consultancy. Why cant we meet and decide about our dream to start a new consultancy.

Hey its a dream for everyone....but its not so easy to manage a company. One should have enough expereince in....
-Vendor Management
-Operations Management
-Client Management
-Employee Relation
-People Management.
-Infrastructure Management

So, my sugesstion is based on your expereince and your network you can start your own company. Once you are enough confident that you can take the ownership and handle the pressure then you can start one....
