Want to switch career - really frustrating for me to work in a sales department
Hello sir i am having 4 years of on and off experience in sales. it s really frustrating for me to work in a sales department. my current ctc is 8 lpa. i want to switch my career to another field completely what i ll choose now. i am very much depressed. request you to please answer. i am only working there for the money so i should change my stream. any suggestions will be appreciated. not know anything about c programming languages. thanks

Is instant termination lawful? i am working as an admin officer in a construction project. some times i had to terminate worker instantly for negligence of duty which might hampered our work schedule that we committed to our respective client for completion in due time.

What relief an employee entitled when domestic enquiry for alleged mis conduct has not been conducted even after lapse of four years. employee was paid 50 of wages towards subsistence allowance for first three months after suspension. though enquiry officer was appointed. no enquiry was conducted. no final order has been passed so far. suspended employee challenged the same in labour court and the same is pending. his nature of work was administrator. can he claim relief as workmen? n l babu
