Taha Ansari
I am working in a firm from past 7 months. One monday I dint inform and remain absent. My company directly send me a msg on watsapp that you are terminated.
No written notice.no warning letter nothing.
They are saying your performance is not well.
Most importantly now they are not giving me my experience certificate. They are only giving a termination letter with the reason saying absent without informing.
Please help me with your suggestions. M i eligible to get my experience certificate?
And what salary should i get?
Please help.

You need to check the appointment letter and see if there is any such clause of termination mentioned for unscheduled and uninformed leave.
Generally companies are supposed to give a salary of 30 days in cases where they want the employee to leave.

Dear Taha,
Really feeling bad for you, but you must check for the terms and conditions of the appointment letter for termination clause. Because these days many companies have different policies for various grade of employees.
Its better you check with your superior and try to have a dialogue before taking any action.
Surely if its performance related issue they will have to inform you officially, before terminating you. Since you have survived in this company for 7 years you should be well aware of the policies than anyone. If the company does not care and just hire and fire employees, there is no worth in working for such organisation.

Punishment is disproportionate, unless the same mistake had been done earlier and employee has been warned for it.
Are you a contract employee or regular employee?
What does your offer letter/appointment order speak about termination of job?
One month notice would have necessary to terminate people in normal circumstances.
