Dear Shreeya,
The best way to get more respondents to answer your questionnaire is to give a link here to a web-based questionnaire. Do you not think that it is too much of a bother to email you and then get the link?
May we also please know what are the aims and objectives of this survey?
Wish you all the best

In addition to what learned member above has written, the purpose of posting same post in multiple areas of the forum is not understood.
What is the nature of survey?
How will you validate what is written by those who respond to the rather long procedure of sending email and getting link to reply.?
Which university is conducting this survey?
While I appreciate the idea of coming to the ideal forum for conduct of survey but,
planning of the survey needs to be carefully worked out where you get replies from different people on required aspects.

Hello Shreeya,
Further to what Simhan & Nathrao have mentioned/suggested, the usual procedure of such Surveys is to mention the identity of the recipient of the results of the Survey as well as the Primary & Secondary purposes.
In case you are handling the survey on behalf of another entity [like what SurveyMonkey does], you ought to have some documentation ready to prove the point--IF someone raises a stink about the effort being a front for some other unsaid nefarious purpose--hope you do have such a Document.
And if you think this is whimsical, pl note that companies would sometimes give millions for surveys that suit their corporate plans.
You mentioned "I am Shreeya from renowned University of Germany".
Are you employed there--IF Yes, why did you use a Gmail ID & NOT your official mail ID?
If Not, what's your locus standi in that University?
Rgds,

Dear Shreeya,
After reading the comments of others I searched the web and here is a link which lists the minimum information that is recommended that researchers provide when soliciting help. This is especially essential when a foreign university is conducting a survey.
Mary’s helpful guide to soliciting research participation on the ‘net | Hoyden About Town Please read through and respond.

I found a good advert in our local free newspaper (Manchester Free Weekly News), that sought volunteers for medical research. As I could not find the advert on the web, I am giving the gist here. The advert gave the following details:
Manchester Metropolitan University is conducting the research.
The research is an investigation about the possible causes of age related muscle loss and possible ways of preventing it.
They are looking for healthy men aged 65+ to go their city centre facility and perform few assessments.
These assessments will last 2 to 3 hours.
Following the assessment, participants will receive information on their muscle and bone health.
If interested, please contact xxxx or yyyy or write to zzzz.
