As per New Minimum Wage of TN govt., the wages are calculated by 30days. In this situation what are the leave eligibility to the workers. Need clarification in this regard.

Dear experts,

My query is: We have a corporate office at Chennai, which comes under Shops and Establishment Act, and the employees becomes eligible for the leave as per the Act. since our establishment comes under the construction industry, many of our staffs / Engineers are working at various sites at the client base inside and outside Tamil nadu.
1. What will be leave procedure to be followed for those site staffs (Either EL (asper the factory Act) or EL / SL / CL (as per the Shops and estblt Act)
