I am working in an it company. I haven't went to the office for 2 months because of personal reasons my hr treated this as unauthorized absence and applied leave ending report form and it is approved by hr and system now what are the consequences with this.... Is there any deduction in salary if there Is a deduction how much it will be....

The absence is indeed unauthorised.
Did you try to contact your office about reason for absence in the two months??
It is certain that deductions will be there in your pay if any?
The company may offset some available leave against your absence,if genuine and convincing reasons are adduced.
The relationship between employer and employee is two way.Employee cannot absent himself without notice for two months and expect the company to tolerate this.

I just cannot appreciate such questions. I wonder how people expect to get paid when they absent themselves even without informing an organisation!!

How is someone not in that company expected to know what leave ending record is and what it means ? However if the leave is unauthorised, how do you expect them to mark it as anything else ?

My dear Friend,
After remaining absent for about 2 months without prior permission or sanction of leave, howcan you expect your salary. The Management will initiate action as per the appointment letter or rules and regulations as applicable to your category. The Management has send you the call letter after 7 days long absence. After that they should have sent you the Show Caue Notice calling for your explanation for remaining absence for that period. Be ready with your explanation and proper documents to face the disciplinary ations.

If HR is applying 'leave' to cover the absence and that 'leave' is from your vacation leave or any other paid leaves, there should be no reduction in your salary. I am not certain what are included in your terms and conditions of employment but usually there should be some consideration for emergencies as well. However, if there are insufficient leave available to cover the absence, you may only be paid for the amount of leave you had accumulated.

If HR asked one work in very lowest post against the designation of appointment..deliberately.. without giveing reason's (even though employee has clean record's).. What sort of action may be intiated on employees absence of 4 moths..?

Frankly, you should THANK YOUR STARS that you are still in this Company.....
Any other Company would have thrown you out declaring you an absconder. Some Companies MAY also have reported your case to NASSCOM by which your future itself would have been @ stake.
I guess you have already got the answers to your query reg salary from the other members of this Forum.

you should think in this way - you are the BOSS and your employee has taken uninformed leaves for almost 02 months - what action that you will - you pay him - take necessary action against his professional behavior - terminate him base on uninformed long absenteesim.
its good that company has not taken any action against your long uninformed absenteesim and you should thanks them instead asking for salary.

well..the most opinions are relevant,now after months of absent due to illness public sector a govt of india enterprise has paid march 2015 salary,bonus(not as per latest amendment) & leave encashment etc in dec-2015.
Also received gratuity money for 7yrs service on 30-dec-15.
company has not given opportunity explain my issues by conducting domestic equerry...?
they have not sent termination letter with reasons/disciplinary action/suspension/no paper AD for absconding etc...but they sent many letter to report back on duty to harass(threaten not to report duty etc) further.
when i left working place on march-2015 with mail saying that "i am vacating working city(Guwahati) for official reasons(no support from/no office/no company infrastructure,reduction in salary by loss of pay even though daily work reports are sent by mail.)
and personal health issues.
request seniors to advice.
