I am working in a listed company. They are paying me less than CTC due to performance bonus which included in CTC at maximum. Also my offer letter does not contain word performance bonus. They simply wrote bonus there. Shall I claim on company for difference amount ?

Talk to your HR.See the salary components carefully.sometimes CTC consists of two parts 1 is fixed and another is variable.Variable part is based on performance.
If there is no such clause as well as offer letter doesnt consists any performance clasue and deductions then u can go further to defend yourself and for your remaining salary.
Good Luck !!!

Dear Manoj,
Since few companies/organization includes KRA incentive or performance bonus, in ctc, which they gives at the time of performance appraisal.
So, its obvious that your salary whatever u gets on monthly basis that may be vary.
Normally Performance bonus or KRA incentives companies give at FY end.

Hi Read CTC clearly and get clarified by HR. Check monthly pay and and your payslip . Performance Bonus is normally paid annually after performance appraisal.
