Hello, In my last Increment letter Gratuity amount of Rs. 15000/- per annul is mentioned as a part of my CTC, I worked for 4 years & resigned due to some reason. Can I claim this gratuity amt.? Management has denied to pay. Pl. help and guide.

This topic is covered in several other posts. Do search before you post. however in the case you have projected-gratuity is not eligible to you after 4 years of service.

Absolutely anything can be put in the ctc. It’s not a concept accepted in any labour law. So nothing compels anyone from putting or refraining from putting any particular item
