A proper communication channel, employee participation and empowerment are crucial elements of employee engagement.
One should remember “Engagement” per se is not an individual phenomenon, it comprises many elements; job security, support from supervisors and availability of resources .
This in short can give you ideas to build upon.
Employees should given a free and fair environment to work.
Women employees a safe and caring environment, including remembering that they play commendable double role of employee as well as home maker.

The key is to convince employees that management from CEO to first line supervisor greatly respect, greatly value, and care about employee health and welfare.

There should be cooperative and friendly environment in company. No partiality, no politics. Every employee should have freedom to present their own views. Also an Employer or Senior Persons should take care of employee demands and their work related problems.
