PeopleSoft or SAP

Hi Everyone,

We are a fast growing e-marketing company with two offices in Surat and Baroda. Our HO is in London, UK. We have a nicely structured HR system in place, which we are now looking to take to the next level.

We are considering introducing a comprehensive HR package in the company for this purpose. I have been hearing a lot about SAP as well as PeopleSoft. However I am not sure which one will be the best for our company.

We are tech-savvy so learning new technologies is not going to be an issue for us. The only point is employee strength. We are currently about 100 strong but growing quickly. Would any of the above software be suitable for us or should we go for something else.

This is really surprising for me. None of our community members have come forward to help me out with my query regarding PeopleSoft or SAP.

Is it because our community members don't have good deal of knowledge about these applications? I am not ready to believe this because I know that there are people out there who are extremely strong in both these applications.

Come on friends, do give me some help and guidance.
