| Re: Post Graduation in HR Management it would be sane to do a full time mba there is a limit to what u can learn tru par time mba coz u do not come from a specialized graduation i.e industry specific see to make it simple if u had done ur graduation in designing and then done ur par time diploma in hr ,no worries a design firm would prefer to have u in a good position , but u being a generalist in ur graduation need to be a specialist in hr so take my advise and do it full time an average college with AICTE Approval will also do the trick , but plan it financially too coz a major reason for grads not opting for a full time mba (tru a private institute) is money . so all the best buddy |
