You case was a compassionate ground appointment.
Tell the IR that you are leaving and give a written confirmation.
Since it is only two days and your process for joining has not commenced, it wont be difficult.
Such release cases when no documentation has taken place should not be difficult.
But be sure of what you want.
A bird in hand is worth two in the bush.
You have cleared the IBPS clerical exam, when will get confirmed joining instructions??
Are medical formalities to be done/
Think over carefully before you quit IR job.

sir,IBPS has alloted banks to the successful candidates but joining, medical formalities, police verification are yet to be done.
i have talked to the senior officials of IR of my department personally, they are saying that there would be no problem.but i am littile confused and yeah of course scared too that is there would be an official problem from IR side to my alloted bank.
plz reply, your reply will be so useful and such a relief too as was your previous one

One has to take careful decision.
IR job is in hand.
I dont think they will have any problem relieving you as other compassionate appointments will be in queue.
But other job has many formalities to be completed.
Why do you think bank job is better than railways??
Best of luck in your decision.
