Please send a copy of PF Withdrawl forms like Form 10 C, Form 19 & Form E-5 (ECS)

I want to withdraw my PF from my previous 2 companies, one is in Noida the other in gurgaon. Currently I am in Mumbai, Can any body help me in getting the money back. Ready to pay the charges. let me know on ashishjain76gmail.com

Hello Ashish,

You need to do withdrawal procedure through your previous company only....Contact HR/Account department of both the companies....They would do necessary process for you....

You need to fill up form no 10C and 19 for withdrawal......And same can be done after v60 days of leaving the company

If any contractor engages 2 to 5employees for our work but that work will be at his office premises, is there any document like PF/ESI will attract for them and any burden on pricipal employer will occur
