My employeer is harassing me after putting my resignation
Dear sir/madam can u please help me i am working xxxx mnc company and gave my resignation from my job. i have sent my resignation letter through mail to my manager but they have not sent any mail reply. after that i have sent one reminder in which i have asked them to acknowledge the same and reply me back. i have received outlook box acknowledgement but one of my manager has replied that he need to discuss internally and will reply. from the date of my resignation i gave 1 month 20 days time. till today i have not received any reply from my employeer. in appointment letter employeer has mentioned that if employee want to resign from the company then company need 3 months time vise versa if employee terminated by the employeer then he or she will get one mothe notice. now what shall i do? also they have mentioned in appointment letter if anybody will resign from the company then he or she can not join any competitor upto 3years. is there any rule in india that employeer will stop employee to join any competitor? can employeer take any legal action against employee. seniors...please help me what to do.... looking forward for a speedy response.
Pf amount recovery from full and final settlement
Hello team please anyone can suggest my below question. as of i resigned from my last company and company has also provided me releiving letterbesides they have already recoverd my leave encashmentnotice period of three months and last day s salary.now when i asked my employeer to pay my gratuity and pf amount he told me that even this would recover from your side.where i have only mentioned in my resignation that " cover notice period from f&f nothing else.please anyone can suggest me is really pf and gratuity recovered from f&f after recovering my all the amount against notice periodleaves and last 10 days salary.please suggest me where i can reply to my employeer accordingly.
What do mean by average salary?
Dear seniors i have posted this issue so many items but i didn t get reply so far. acc. to maternity law the policy given if an employee worked in a company not less than 80 days then the employeer has to do average pay for the 12 weeks. i want to know what is the average pay? i have checked most of the companies in india paying full salary there is no deduction but as per policy what is the exact criteria to pay? for example if basic 3900 hra 3000 cony 800 special allow. 1200 edu.allow. 100 10000 what is the average salary/pay? please help me in this.
Employeer not paid epf amount to the epf office
I am a sales coordinator my employer deducted pf every month from my salary i have payslips for proof how much they deducted pf amount but did not deposited at epf office. and i have checked my balance through online the employer paid only 3months of pf amount but rest month pf amount was not paid. this is to inform you that the company is not there it means shifted to some other place and no one is working in this company we asked our pf to the employeer but they are telling company is in loss so we will not able to pay deducted pf amount to the epf office so please confirm what to do on this momentum.... how to get my pf amount please help me....
Releaving without completing the handingover formalities
Dear all i require a clarification and guidance on the above i am a hr executive i have a offier from a company but the joining time is within 10 days my present employer has not revised the salary for the past two years. i am working for the past two years. now i informed my employer about this they said they will not releave me in short time span. in earlier case also they have not done early releavings. but i should go without doing the handing over formalities. what will be the effect after i left from the company. is there any legal things will arrise. while i am informed the emplyer he has not accepted the letter but i sent the email and sent bcc to my perosnal id. is that enough as a formal notification of acceptance. please clarify the above and expecting your inputs to proceed. regards diwakkar p
