Hi

Try reading the newspapers & other publication , it will help u learn how the sentences are generally constructed.
Use dictionary to identify new words.meanings & pronunciation
Buy Wren & Martin , its an excellent book on grammar.
Identify a friend/close colleague who wont make fun of you and has great english - speak with them in english only , & ask them to correct you when you are wrong.

All the best.

Don't worry , you will learn it...

Hi,

You can attend communication class and clarify all your doubts in grammer.
You should read Hindu paper and watch English channels like CNBC,NDTV ETC,.

You have to speak in English with your friends.

S.Lakshmi.

Hi Suresh,

If you want to improve your fluency in english speaking then read any interesting topic which you like from newpaper or magzine itself and read that one loudly. Do that thing atleast for week to see the difference you have. You get some confidence also. If you required some data on gramer artical then mail me on . You can also see some good chanels like national geogrophy, ESPN, CNBC ext. and speak with them, I know you face some difficulty in doing so but time comes when you make somel comfort level in it.

4.listen to english commentators,
5.see english movies.
6.dont read articles like Archies or other comics which r of american english.
7.talk to urself in front of the mirror.
8.look at ur eyes & then speak.(it increases self confident).

carry on these thing for 6 months continiously & then feel the difference.
