HR Meet at Pune ?

Dear CITEHR pune freternity,

Very glad to know of the next meet. I will definetly try and make it this time. I really regret not being a part of it last time, sure to have missed out on tons of knowledge sharing.

Friends, this is a great initiative by members from pune and kudos to all of them who come together come waht may to share knowledge and get all of us together. For those who have not been a part of this , do come forward as this freternity will offer you depth and understanding in what we do in day to day life...HR !!!!

A good number of members have confirmed their presence for the meet to be held on Saturday, 10.05.08 at 6.00 pm at Col Kulkarni's office on MG Road.(next to MonaFood)

The topic that has been finalised for discussion is :
"Changing Trends in HR with changing business scenario"

This topic shall be thrown open to the group for discussion. We expect all members present to put forth their views on this so that there could be a free exchange of ideas and sharing of viewpoints, resulting in a good learning experience for all of us.

There shall be a participation fee of Rs 100.00 per participant, to be paid at the venue.

Hi, All

The meet was held as scheduled on Saturday, 10.05.08 at 6.00 pm.
Most of the members (even those who had confirmed until the afternoon of the 10th) were missing from the meet.
Anyhow, the small group that gathered took this in their stride and got into detailed discussions on various topics. We also had the opportunity to take on a live case study, put forth by one of the members.
The topics were discussed and suggestions and ideas rebounded across the room with everyone in the smallish group participating in the discussion.

Kudos to Sneha Serrao who came all the way from Mumbai to attend the meet (she had promised to do so)!!
A special thank you to Col Kulkarni who offered his premises for the meet.

The next meet is tentatively slated to be held on 7th June, 2008.
