Hi Guys:

I belong to Pune and am into Hr profession since 2.5Yrs. I have been actively involved with many HR Meets in Pune.

Few suggestions from my end prior to organize a meet:

1)Need a Sponsor to organize these types of meet eg karrox, SEED
2) HR Meet should atleast have 100 people who would be a part of it.
3) While organizing such meets, you need to have "KeySpeakers" who would share their experience from the industry.
4) Such Meets end with a Dinner & Cocktail Party.

This is how we can have the Cite HR meet in Pune.

If i get a group who can support me, Getting Hr contacts is not tough.

Let me know your views on the same.

I am just shifting to Pune in a very short time , maybe by Dec 1st week.
I am very keen in this meet ,

Kamal, Pranati, Eesha, Tikam, lets make a list of people who are interested first and then put them in the discussion Board. And keep on adding members and then keep on informing the other members from Pune.

Hi, Thanks for your inputs...I guess we can initially start off with a general meet up, once we all meet offline, we can decide on a more elaborate HR event.

Hi Tikam,

I am from Pune, and I am very much interested to be a part and parcel of the organising committe.

Getting sponsership is a great idea but 1st of all we have to manage the list of Pune HR memebers and the flow of the progarm or schedule.

So 1st organise the meeting and let us sketch the progam schedule and then pass on the information.

In case if we do not find any sponserer then we can simply charge the nominal fees and instead of big dinner and cocktail party lets have a snaks and cold drinks after all coming together under one roof and exchanging the views and discussing new upcoming trends of HR is the main motto of this forum.

So guys cheers up and please do let me know your views.
