Please help me to suggest the document have to submit of new Employee when he joins the organization.
01. In his personal file which papers have to keep?
02. For PF & ESIC which document required?
03. For New Corporate salary Account which documents required?

Hi... Vrusha
For new jonnie the things required are:
1. His/her C.V with one photo graph and joining form dully filled.
2. The resignation copy of the last company; salary slip for last three months month; experience certificate of the company; reliving certificated copy.
3. Experience certificate of all the company in total have served to.
4. Reference check details
5. His/her 10th; 12th ; graduation; post graduation if done attested copy;
6. Id proof. either passport copy; election card copy; license copy.
7. Pan number
For ESI i guess you require:
1. Two post card size photograph. and the form dully filled
For New account to be open you require:
1. Two photograph and Id proof.

Hi Vrusha, Nidhi is very much correct..
Will like to add one more.. Along with id Proof, required is Residential proof also..
Moreover for opening Bank account only a single passport size photograph is required..
