Probation period - if a confirmation letter is not given but still we worked for almost 8 months does it automatically count as confirmation of employment?
Dear sir i want to ask if after the completion of the probation period is it compulsory to give a confirmation letter to employees. if a confirmation letter is not given but still we worked for almost 8 months does it automatically count as confirmation of employment. i was given a raise does that count as confirmation of employment. my probation clause is as below. probation period: your employment will be subject to an initial probation of three 3 months 'probation period' which may be extended at the sole discretion of the management if it may deem fit. your employment will be confirmed by the company only after evaluating your performance and capability on the basis of your efficiency and effectiveness during the probation period. the employment may be terminated during the probation period if the management is not satisfied with your work and conduct without notice at any time during or on completion of the probation period/ by giving 30 days' notice or pay in lieu thereof without assigning any reason. on completion of probation period the working arrangement may be continued on such terms and conditions as is mutually agreed between yourself and company. please guide me in this matter.
Confirmation letter format - appoint letter date & joining date both are necessary?

Got confirmation letter but not received offer-letter
Hi got new job confirmation mail from hr of new company after attaining interview all rounds & submitting docs so i resigned old company depending on confirmation letter of hr after next day on wards i was waiting for offer letter from hr but still not yet received from past 7 days so whenever communicating hr on call his always pick call & says due to some internal problem with staff getting delay surely giving you soon once ready i am still running with notice same informed to hr in this case what i have to do i am not getting i little nervous because of this so will i have to wait? whether he will give? & can i believe confirmation letter which i have received from hr from his company' id in mail? any one please suggest.
Query regarding confirmation letter
Hi i am working as an hrand i am a fresher..there are few employees in my organization who has joined before me but have not received any confirmation letter. can i issue them the letter? if yes then shall i mention the actual date as their date of confirmation or the date when the letter will be issued? plz suggest
Issue of confirmation letter
Dear seniors need your advise for below case an employee is due for confirmation of 1st of oct. however his confirmation appraisal form is submitted to the hr by approving authorities after 1st of oct. for example it is received on the 15th of oct by hr. in this case can the confirmation letter date mentioned be of current one ie. 15th oct or it needs to be back dated. pls note i am referring to the date mentioned on the letter and not the confirmation date which is mentioned on the letter as well. awaiting inputs. thanks in advance. rgds sml.
Got confirmation through e mail and over phone - it has been four months since confirmation and still, he has not received the offer letter
My brother had been confirmed for the role of assistant manager in axis bank. he got confirmation through e mail and over phone also. but it has been four months since confirmation and still he has not received the offer letter. he consult with hr the hr says that the post has been put on hold and waiting for more days but now it becomes 120days no response from other sides. what does this mean can anyone suggest??would he prefer for another company or he should wait for it??
