Hello friends me jitendra singh m freelancer journalist some times i use to do string also.i am quite weak in english i have lots of experience in my life as i written here m journalist so i have a many of experience in my life which i really want to share. because experience is more bigger than expert in my thought. let me know u experience and expert both words are opposite to each other. can any one tell me if i share my experience in hindi in this site is people will like ? or should i withdraw with this site . please friends show me some rays....

I have 5 years of diverse work experience. of these the last 2.5 years as a consultant through my own startup hr firm. i then enrolled into a 2 yr full time mba. the problem until now i always believed i had a pretty strong work experience and shall not have trouble getting placed post mba. however things are now quite different than i had believed. rather exact opposite. the 2.5 years of entrepreneurial work exp. is not being considered as a work exp. by most organs. and as a gap instead. this leaves me with only 2.5 yrs of prior exprn which are into diverse role and not into pure hrm. i am absolutely clueless about what i must do now. i am looking for a role in recruitment nonconsultant or a generalist profile. please advice

Dear hr professional\'s could you please advice on my casei done my degree in 2008 and now i\'m working for an it industry continuously for 5 year\'s before current organization i was doing my own business now i wish to move forward with new technology carrier aspirations. kindly advice how do i show the gap / own business between before join into the current organization and my year of completion people are suggesting show it\'s as teaching experience really i do not wish to show fake experience ?. will my profile will qualified if experience has gap?. i\'m looking forward your valuable advice and guidance. note: when i joined into current org. i\'ve not shown any experience.

Hi all i need some advice from the senior hr proffesionals here. i am a software professional with almost 2yr experience. but in the beginning of my career path i have made a big mistake. i have faked up my experience and joined an mnc and have been expelled from there.the biggest lesson i learned in my life was from there... now i have gained 2yr experience and want to start applying for jobs in mnc s.i wanna know these things 1.iam going to apply with my real experience as i want to correct myself. will they find out my negative feedback from background check vendors...and will they expel me again for the reason 2.what will happen if i tell the hr of new company about all my previous history before joining?? pls advice me on this

Subject: bonus act query for shops and establishment respected sir/s need your expert advice on the query related to the bonus act. we are 60 employees and registered under shops and establishment act karnataka. there are 5 employees who come under the bonus act i.e. earning less than 21000/. for other employees we follow the gross concept wherein incentives or variables are not given. query 1: how is the allocable surplus to be considered? is the entire amount only for 5 employees or they should get only a proportion based on the annual ctc of the employees. query 2: re: new labour codes are they implemented for karnataka? thank you in advance.
