Dual employment - how will my return filing happen in this case?
Hi all i need some help with dual employment scenarios. i am a fulltime working professional with company a. i have an opportunity to work with company b as well. both offer me different timings so there is no issue with timing. however here is the cache company a deducts pf medical and tds. but company b only deducts 10 tds flat no other deductions. so now my question is how will my return filing happen in this case. also can company a get to know about my employment with company b due to tds clash. kindly help asap

Hi i have been forced to resign alongwith 3500 employee by my employer after working here for 14 years. i have pf running into few lacs at stake company used to deposit pf in trust . would like to know is this money safe like pf in govt run epf. pls guide it will benefit 3500 to 4000 people who have been thrown on roads after they give prime time to organisation. regards

Regarding pf why they deduct from salary account
Hello respected members : i have query regarding the pf. my basic salary is 72000 my company deducts 720/ rs monthly from salary and they also deduct same amount 720 for my pf. well i consulted with my friends they told me that company pays the other amount in employee pf. but here in mu company they deduct the same amount from my salary. as i am new to this environment . please help why they do ... do i complain about this ... please reply i will be very thank full for your given time.
Company not telling the pf number
Dear sir / ma am a friend of mine has been working with a company since last 4 to 5 months. every month the company deducts certain amount from his ctc for pf but despite putting in several requests the accounts or the hr department are not telling him his epf number. the new employees who have been now hired in last two weeks are being asked if they would like their pf to be deducted or not an option which was not given to my friend or any other previous employee with regard to the above stated i have the following queries. 1. is an employer allowed to hide the pf details pf number and balance from the employee? 2. since the pf contribution is optional his basic salary has always been more than 6500 what can he now do to ensure that no more deduction are made from his ctc for pf? 3. what is the procedure for withdrawing the amount contributed till date?
24% deduction of pf from the salary - provisions in the pf act for the same?
Hi all i am working in a company which deducts around 24 pf from the salary when enquired they said that when the salary was offered they had calculated the 12 of pf from the employer s side in the offer made and then given us the package so in that case they say now exactly 24 of pf is deducted from the salary. are they any such provisions in the pf act for the same??? can 24 be deducted directly from the employee s salary? can the company take this decision as a policy withouth the consent of the employee??? can this create a problem in near future wherein the company refuses us to pay the 12 from their side how do we get a proof that the company is depositing the employer s 12 share into the pf account?? please answer asap
