Dear All,
Can anyone please provide me with a format of task sheet, wherein we can maintain a record of tasks being taken and performed by each individual? I dont have much idea as to how to prepare it and my seniors have asked me to do so.
i have tried one which includes- date, sr.no., tasks taken, remarks (complete / incomplete), reasons.
but somehow it looks incomplete.
If anyone has a format of task sheet / or can suggest me with additional points that can be included, can you please provide me with it?
