SALARY STRUCTURE

Hi all,

I have a problem , earliar my company dont provide salary in an structured form now i sugested them to give payment in an organised way.I have to make salary structure of all the employees.Plz do gve a format of the same.

what exactly u mean by salary structure, do you mean u want to give payslip along with the payment to the employees, kindly clarify..

Hello Jesu,
you are absolutly right,this is a demand from the employees,actually i have formatted many rules in return they wanted me to give payslip......this way they wanted to take out their frustration.but for me its right.Do help me....
