The program is conducted at present, only in Chennai. However, o! n a review of requests from several students from other cities, students can now take all the four parts on self -study basis in the order of Part 3, 1, 2 & finally Part 4.
The Academy will render support by supplying in- house study material (CD & Text). Any additional reference study material will have to be purchased by the candidate himself for which the material supplier details will be provided by the Academy.
For attending class room sessions in the US GAAP, SOX Compliance, SEC Reporting, candidates may have to plan for a brief visit to Chennai for a minimum period of one week / ten days per month (for two months). Candidates taking up clas! sroom sessions in Chennai will have to make their own arr! angement s for their stay in Chennai.
The progress of all the outstation candidates is reviewed on a weekly basis. All clarifications are given by e-mail on the next day of posting any questions on the subject.
Time Frame:
It may be noted that the eight months duration of the program starts from the date of Candid! ate’s entry into the program. The CMA Program contains 4 parts of online Exam which can be scheduled according to one’s own convenience and preparedness to take each part of the exams. The four parts exam can be taken up one by one preferably within 1 ½ months’ time for each part. We have records of persons having passed one Part of Exams within even 15-25 days from their joining the Program.
Qualified CAs & ICWAs will have waiver in Part 1.

Four Parts (CMA) Exams as given below have to be taken up online, which can be scheduled by you according to your o! wn convenience.

Part-3 Strategic Management

All ! the parts can be taken in any order (between Monday thru’ Friday) except Part 4 which can be taken up only after completion of Parts 1, 2, & 3. Part 4 can be taken up only during the second month of each quarter in a calendar year (i.e. Feb, May, Aug & Nov). We suggest candidates to take up exam parts in the order of Part 3, 1, 2 and finally Part 4.

Exam pattern & Passing requirement:
Part 4 exam can be taken up only after passing all the required three par! ts
Part 1 & 3 will consist of 110 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with 3 hours’ duration each and Part 2 will have 140 MCQs having 4 hours’ duration.
Part 4 Exam will have 4-7 problem oriented / essay type questions and will cover all the three parts and will last for 3 hours.
Candidates have to score a minimum of 500 out of! 700 in each part. A candidate can take three times an Exam Pa! rt in a period of twelve months starting from the date on which he took that exam part. Part 4 can be taken up only during Feb, May, Aug & Nov.
The passage percentage of candidates across the word is 50-60%
The conditions to take up each part of Exam are subject to change by IMA.
Award of CMA! Designation::
The CMA Certification will be awarded by the Institute of Management Accountants, New Jersey, USA on passage of the required parts and as per rules framed by them from time to time. The Certification is globally recognized.
Placement arrangement:
Telephonic Interview will be conducted by the Parent Company at the end of the CMA program and placement arrangements will be started upon selection. Such selected Candidates have to necessarily undergo software training proces! s for 2 months in our sister concern M/s Kaviaan Systems! in Vand allur, Chennai to meet the required levels of performance.
A three years service agreement is to be signed while joining the Parent Company. The salary offer ranges from US$ 50k to 60k to be based on performance. The Group Companies have a very good track record of having placed 200 software professionals (from India) in about twenty batches mainly from technically qualified streams so far
Placement Assistance is also arranged by the Academy for positions within India and in international locations.

Exam pattern & Passing requirement:
Part 4 exam can be taken up only after passing all the required three par! ts
Part 1 & 3 will consist of 110 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with 3 hours’ duration each and Part 2 will have 140 MCQs having 4 hours’ duration.
Part 4 Exam will have 4-7 problem oriented / essay type questions and will cover all the three parts and will last for 3 hours.
Candidates have to score a minimum of 500 out of! 700 in each part. A candidate can take three times an Exam Pa! rt in a period of twelve months starting from the date on which he took that exam part. Part 4 can be taken up only during Feb, May, Aug & Nov.
The passage percentage of candidates across the word is 50-60%
The conditions to take up each part of Exam are subject to change by IMA.
Award of CMA! Designation::
The CMA Certification will be awarded by the Institute of Management Accountants, New Jersey, USA on passage of the required parts and as per rules framed by them from time to time. The Certification is globally recognized.
Placement arrangement:
Telephonic Interview will be conducted by the Parent Company at the end of the CMA program and placement arrangements will be started upon selection. Such selected Candidates have to necessarily undergo software training proces! s for 2 months in our sister concern M/s Kaviaan Systems! in Vand allur, Chennai to meet the required levels of performance.
A three years service agreement is to be signed while joining the Parent Company. The salary offer ranges from US$ 50k to 60k to be based on performance. The Group Companies have a very good track record of having placed 200 software professionals (from India) in about twenty batches mainly from technically qualified streams so far
Placement Assistance is also arranged by the Academy for positions within India and in international locations.
We take all efforts to place all the successful candidates by our Parent Company or through arrangements with multinational partners or by providing placement Assistance in India.

Student’s Registration & Exam Scheduling
The Academy staff will guide the students for Registration & Exam Scheduling. Assistance will be rendered by the Academy staff for Student’s Registration (in the Academy as well as in IMA) and for scheduling of exam. Candidates may use their Credit cards or their parents’ / relatives’ / friends’ card in a discreet manner. Candidates are requested not to disclose the credit card number to any other student and the Academy is not responsible for any misuse.
In case of placement in our parent Company, no additional fees will be collected towards
i) training in the required software skills ,
