I need clarification on the amendment of Bonus act 2010, whether ceiling is increased from Rs. 3500/- to Rs. 5000/-.
If so can anybody please help me by sending the copy of the approved amendment.

I think your posting is regarding the salary for bonus calculation. The ceiling salary for bonus eligibility is still continue as Rs. 10,000 and salary for calculation purpose as Rs. 3500.

Is this 10,000 based on his total salary amount or on his basic salary is he eligible for bonus
