Dear Madam You have to write a letter on the company's letterhead to PF Commissioner regarding the details of concerned employee and also attach photocopy of any Identity Proof where the name is mentioned correctly. The problem will be solved

Sir,
Further to the clarifications, from point no. 4 at page no. 5 of the gazzette, i understand that if you and your company want to contribute over and above the ceiling limit, then you need to inform in writing. Also it says that if no option selected, then the pension fund be restricted to the ceiling and balance will be transfered to employee's PF fund. if we explaint in other words, does it mean that contribution over and above the ceiling is accepted for PF and Pension fund?
Please make me correct.
Best regards,

Dear Anjali,

Yes you have to circulate a mail to internal employees regarding increase in PF Contribution.

The below mail which i have circulated in our organisation.

It is to circulate that the Central Government have increased the wage ceiling from Rs. 6500/- to Rs.15000/- per month, for the purpose of calculating the PF Contributions, vide gazette Notification No.GSR 608 (CE) Dt. 22.08.2014, and the amendment has come into force with effect from 01.09.2014. Therefore the employers need to contribute 13.61 % and deduct @ 12% upto the wage ceiling of Rs.15000/- from the wages payable from 01.09.2014.

2) The Management after detailed examination of the issue, has taken a decision to suitably enhance the Salaries of the employees whose CTC is Rs.25000/- or less and to deduct the enhanced PF Contribution from 01.09.2014 from all the employees, so as to give some relief to the employees drawing salaries of Rs. 25000/- or less.

If you think the above points are convenient for you u can send this itself.

Best Regards,

Arunagl
