First of all you have to come out of the company without arrears (F&F) if not employer will not allow you to get the PF & EPS fund.
Once you come out of your company without clearance you have to fill applications to get the PF, those are Form-19 & Form-10C,
Fill it properly (with out any strick's) then submit to your Company-HR.
So, Your part is completed then Your Company HR will take care of that.
It will take 45 days to debit to your A/C.
