Bgv - lying about reason for leaving previous organisation at background verification?
Hello bgv is an essential part for employment in any company. i know someone who got an offer from a reputed organization but when asked the reason for leaving the previous organization she told a reason which was not the actual reason for resignation from her previous organization. anyways this reputed organization will ask the previous organization about the reason for the resignation of the employee during the bgv process. now my question is will this affect her candidature or employment in the upcoming organization? does organizations cancel the offer based on just the reason for leaving answer? any suggestions would be highly appreciated. thank you.

I was working with one of the leading fmcg company and i was not comfortable with the behaviour of my boss. so i have resigned and left the company. they have completed all legal formalities without giving me any trouble. now i have some doubt. 1 what should i tell the interviewer as reason of leaving the company? 2 since last one month i have no job. so i need advise what reason i should tell in interview for the reason of break.
Employee leaving due to her team met/friend
Hi how are you hope you are doing well guys i have a issue today. in my organization i have a team of 4 members in which consist of one tl and 3 executives. one of the executive is under notice she is leaving the job due to her health and personal reason. as one of the resoucres is quiting the tl also want to quit and put her paper. we check for the reason because the team met is leaving and she very good friend for her thus she is leaving.:blink: can anybody help in solving the probe.:: thanks and regards:lol:

How can a organization give a termination letter after getting a resignation from employee?
Please help with next step: history: a employee is terminated on false grounds like misconduct giving bribe against organization. however he has put in his resignation but rather than accepting the same organization terminates the employee for above reason. query to ask: 1. organization has put a hold on last 4 months salary of this employees. why 4 months: all salaries were on hold because company was not able to pay its employees because of lack of funds. company is not paying employee his dues and f&f ? does company is allowed to take such action like not giving dues and f&f n case of termination as there is no such clause mentioned in offer letter. if not how to take dues from organization. can self takes legal action. 2. termination was on the spot as employee is in probation: offer letter clearly says if its a termination in probation period then company is liable to 2 weeks notice or salary in lieu. organization is not paying this to employee also. 3. how can a organization give a termination letter after getting a resignation from employee ? is it correct to put this case in court as organization is not ready to clear self dues and also no experience letter is also provided. please help regards
Unprofessional behaviour of an employee
I would like to inquire as hr professional whether an organization put the feedback /complaint of his employee/s on leaving services unethically and unprofessionally in hr forum or is there any other professional committee or group where all human resource expert and professional could read the advice of above employees an example one of the senior position personnel in our organization whose handling very vast and important in terms of hospitality industry vertical had left the organization without any information first he himself stopped coming and giving a sympatric though false excuses when we called then after 15 days once his salary credited in his account sent an email for not willing to work further as he did not have any notice since being a regular & confirmed employee nor given any handover of his duties & charges eg; files laptop passwords equipments report on machinery status of current project work purchase orders even keys of his department & cabin neither bother to return belonging; official mobile and sim card company id card etc and now organization and management is in pressure due to heavy workload have to put additional efforts to make things smooth and recover the same. furthermore he has audacity to mention the false information of his tenure and salary with us on the most important professional site like linked in and other job portals which is highly unprincipled and false therefore as i am an employee too and very well aware about the right of employee also but as hr professional i dont connect such immoral behavior and would like ask if any site or hr forum where we can atleastr put the feedback of such workers so that he may not disturb the another company like same and the other organization will be assertive while recruit him/them. please advice swati1.kushgmail.com
