As far as I know there is no Model Standing Orders by State wise. In lieu of this, the Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment framed the Model Standing Orders . There is Model Standing Order specified in the Industrial Labour Laws by Mr.P.L.Mallik. Also you can go through the Industrial Disputes Act in the same book. This model standing orders are applicable through t the India where the Company or establishment does not have its own Certified Standing Orders. In absence of Certified standing orders of the company employer are free to refer the Model Standing Order. for the purpose to initiate disciplinary action against their employees. As such there is no amendments to the model standing orders.

Thank you for your reply but In Madhya Pradesh Central Model Standing Orders doesnt apply as MP is having its own Standing Order Act. Central Standing Orders act has also given an exclusion to state of Madhya Pradesh.
The copy of standing orders (as applicable to Madhya Pradesh), which I am having is been last amended in 1992, I want to confirm only whether any amendment been there since then?
Also in State of MP one cannot make standing orders as per his will, one can only make amendments to standard standing orders and get them certified. Else establishment is bound to follow standard standing orders.
I want to get an altogether new set of standing orders for new undertaking.
