Hi,
Recently(3 weeks ago) I got selected for a IT giant company.I got the ctc breakup from them and asked me to confirm my acceptance before 1 week of time so that they can send the final offer letter with joining date.I have accepted it and they are ok with that after after that I haven't heard anything from them, even no replies to my mail.I rejected other offers .am I at risk?am I really selected ?
1.why does companies these days are sending the ctc first and final offer letter with doj after acceptance.
2.Can a person assume that he got offer based on just receiving CTC breakup?
3.is there any possibility that a person can get rejected after getting the ctc breakup .
4.can a person resign his current company based on it or should wait until he gets the final offer letter?
