Opening salary account - is it necessary employee would be permanent?
I want a details about the points keeps in mind when going to open a salary account of an employee. this is urgent because our company is new and about to open some salary accounts with idbi bank. our company deals in market research and web development as well. is it necessary employee would be permanent or freelancer also.
Why employers do not want to open employees salary account
I am working as an hr executive. our salaries are paid through cash and cheque and my boss doesn t want to open salary account of employees. there is no deduction in our salary i.e. no pf esi etc.. all we get is the take home salary... so just want to know that what problems will employer face if all salaries are paid through salary account. employer will be required to pay pf an esi if he opens a salary account for employees f there is any way where employer won t face any problem in opening salary account of empoyees then please suggest
Letter format - continue with the same salary account in my new company
Hello i have recently changed my job. i have a salary account in hdfc bank of previous company and i wanted to continue with the same salary account in my new company. so i got a letter of introduction from my company for continuing with existing salary account. but in hdfc bank there a asking for a letter stating company code mapping for salary account. can any one help me with the format of the letter. thanks
Hr says since company does not have its pf account hence it will not deduct pf from salary
I have been working with it company for 2 years. i have an pf account with proper deduction of employee and employer contribution. currently i am getting offer from another company where number of employee is more than 20. salary is above 6500 but hr says since company does not have its pf account hence it will not deduct pf from salary. so my question is is it legal and practical ? what would happen to my previous pf account ? if i close my previous pf account by withdrawing money will i be eligible next time for pf account for some next company ?
