Epf and esi liability by principle employer
Dear all good morning. i have a query please help to solve it. in a xyz company civil construction work is done by civil contractor. the contractor not have epfo and esic registration number. and contractor not have above 10 employee. in this case principle employer is liable or not to pay epf and esi contribution of civil construction labour ?
