Dear Sir,
First of all, i wanna say thank you for giving your precious time to guide me.
I am working in start-up company which started company in 2011 as Proprietor and then in 2013 they got registered as Pvt Ltd. As my salary was less so i were not coming under Tax slab but i asked Form-16 for Year 2012-13 and 2013-14 from my company and they have given me and i got ITR-V also from IT department.
My question is that, in Form-16 they have not mention TAN No. and format is also looking different. Some company(MNC) and bank ask for Form-16 to verify so if will give them this, Will they accept it.
My doubt :
1) Is this Form-16 OK?
2) Should i ask my company CA to mention the TAN No. in both form-16?
3) Should i need to get anything else from them?

To the best of my knowledge, the company is under no obligation to give you a form 16 when there is no tax deduction from your salary. Further, it is no longer possible for a company to generate form 16 (now required to be printed directly from the income tax website) for those from whose salary they have not deducted the tax.
So, they must have made it in excel, and the format may be different.
You can always ask, but I suspect the company will be annoyed and your boss will suspect you are looking for a job and may turn hostile to you.
In a new company, you can always say that you do not have form 16 as your salary was below taxable limit.

@ Saswatabanerjee Thank you very much for your reply.
If i ask them to mention the tan no. on my form-16, Will it possible to mention the Tan no. on the form-16 which is already given to me?
I have attended some interview and after getting selected in the end they are asking for Form-16 even mentioning that my salary is below the taxable salary so if i will give this form-16 to them. Will they accept it?

As i said before, since this is done in excel, anything is possible.
But whether your current employer will be willing to make a change is another question.
As for interviews, if the interviewer is stupid enough not to realise that you cant get a Form 16 when salary is below taxable limits, then there is nothing you can do. For that matter, you can make another one in excel and put a seal on it, who will know the difference. But if they send a copy to the company during background verification and are told it was not issued to you, you are in big trouble.
You can always suggest to your new company that you will show them your bank statement that has the entry for the salary receipt. (assuming you are paid by cheque not cash). In the end, its the HR guys decision to accept or not accept. You cant force him since its his call whether to believe your salary was at this level
