I am based in Hyderabad. Just got a job offer from a big 5 company from Pune.
I am in a soup. Current company variable payout is on 1st December ( along with nov salary). This is a huge amount close to 4 lakhs.
New company want me to join asap. They are ready to buy notice period. I cannot join the new company immediately and loose out on my 4 lakhs.
Can I ask the new company that I wont join before payout and you want me asap then better mat the amount equivalent to variable payout.
