Hii,

Myself Bhavna Notani, a student of Labour Welfare, Gujarat University. As a part of our syllabus we are supposed to prepare a dissertation. I have selected the topic "why employees leave organisations". I want to have some information regarding the same. Please if you can provide me some information abt the topic.

employess leave organisations because there are many reasons some of main reasons are
1) for salary hike
2) job satisfaction
3) higher post
4) good carrier opportunity
5) good job in reputed organisations..... etc.....
are the some reasons .it will be different for different people according to their mentality..
if you have some othere querries your are most welcome for solutions
