Dear sir/madam,
I have 4 years of IT experience. For my first employer I have worked for 1.6 years and for my 2nd employer I have worked for 2.6 years. Recently I got a good opportunity in a MNC company. I joined there and they have done bgv check. In that my first employer has given negative feed back.
Because of these feedback I lost my job. When I approached my first employer he said, you are supposed to work for 2 years in my company. You have worked here only for 1 plus year only. Because of that i had given these kind of negative feedback he told.
As per my knowledge I have not signed any bonds referring to that, but one month before leaving the company he asked me to sign a bond for 3 years with 3 months notice period but i didn't sign for that.
Now I am in trouble. How can I proceed further with my next job. I am jobless right now. Please help.

Hi,
1.When you have not signed the bond then, he don't have the right to say your work period is lesser than 2 years.
2. Ask him which law states that, employee can not work less than 2 years.
3. Better you may proceed legally, when you lost the job for foolish reason by previous employer.

Dear Asweeth,
If you have not signed any bond or any agreement. Also if your performance was good and that can be proved, then go ahead and send him a legal notice for defamation by illegal means through a lawyer.
Also once more call the first employer and ask him again the reason for the same, but this time record the conversation as proof.
Also you can speak with the HR team at the MNC and explain it why the negative feedback was given. Also tell them that you can give reference of your direct manager or colleagues who can prove that the first employer is speaking rubbish.

Dear Asweeth,
Try to satisfy to who, who has given new Job, if not satisfied, then you should join your previous job and start regular your working, I think you don't have to go in dispute matter,it will waste of time and money.
