Hi, I am a non-conform employee in certain MNC. Now I got a job where they want immediate joining. So can you tell me , is any necessary to do the notice period for the full and final satlement?

Amit,
Not only now, whenever you plan to quit the job you have to inform your company do all the formalities and leave it on a good note.
Because,
1. You never know when you need to show this company's experience
2. You never know when any of your supervisor/HR is again your supervisor/HR
3. Your new company might think that if you are not adhere to your company policy, what is the guarantee that you will adhere to their company policy.
4. Since you have mentioned that you are not confirm I am assuming that your tenure with this company is not very long stability can be one of the major issue.
I would say serve the notice period and leave it is matter of few days only, if you cannot serve the notice period talk to your immediate boss and try to make her/him understand your situation.

Dear Amit,
You not serving the notice period will make you eligible to be called as absconder and will attract negative feedback in background verification. Which can even hamper your job in the new company.
Therefore leave on a proper note. Make the new company also understand that you are serious about your job and you would not leave everything in your hands in jeopardy. They will appreciate the same and will surly extent your DOJ.
Also speak with the current company, and if there are no major responsibilities that have been assigned to you, you may also get a early relieving.

Dear Mr.Amit,
If you have firmly decided to quit the employment with immediate effect and desire to join with a new company. You can submit your resignation by giving a notice period which is a must as per clause of your appointment order. Request the employer to relieve you at the earliest by waving of notice period. If not in lieu of notice period you can surrender your leave in the credit to compensate the notice period. Without proper formalities you should not change the company which will adversely affect your career. Every problem there is a solution. Please speak to your employer and take suitable decision. Take relieving order and join the next company.

Dear Amit,
According to me , As you are not a confirmed employee , it means either you are on Training period or In probation period . Generally in both the cases notice periods are different which is compulsorily to be mentioned in appointment letter . Coming to your query , Yes it is necessary to consider notice period in Full & Final settlement .In your case , put resignation to current employer & you have three options :-
1) You can serve the notice period as per your appointment letter .
2)You can request your current employer to waive off your notice period or adjust you leaves against the same & join the new company immediately .
3) You can pay notice period & join the new company immediately with the consent of current employer.
By doing this you'll obtain Experience Certificate , Relieving letter & other support in good faith which will help you in new coming employments.

What you mean by Certain MNC. In any MNC you must have got the Appointment Letter wherein the Exit Policy must have been written, kindly follow the same for your smooth exit and get your relieving as well as FNF settlement, as advised by many of the forum member
