: hi everyone i m akarshita , i m working in advisory firm at madya pradesh as a hr from 1 month i want to know about the minimum salary of skilled and unskilled employee. in this firm follow this salary structure:- 6000+1000+1000= gross 8000 6000 basic+1000attendance Allowance+1000performa allowance+ incentive also provided according to target two days paid leave provides in a month. if employee takes more than 2 days leave than deduct the attendance allowance and don't achieve the target then deduct the performance allowance is it correct structure??????and if i will hire the new candidate for sba (senior business analyst) than what will be salary structure plzzzz help me out....

I want to know about the minimum salary of skilled employee(fresher) in this city all advisory follow the 6+1+1+ incentives structure in this structure 6000 in hand_ 1000 attendance allowance+ 1000 performance allowance + incentives. 2 days leave consideration given in a month.
