Department wise leave policy
Dear seniors i work as an hr in a growing it organization where the team is divided into development testing support we do not have a paid leave policy structure.company director has granted 5 days working for testing & development team.for others its 2nd & 4th sat working.if the testing & development team works on saturdays they get paid the whole day s salary & if they don t come on sat s then no salary deductions.whereas others dont get such benefit.now since others who are suffering raised this issue and now we need to have depart wise leave policy. being an hr of the company i want to give equal benefits to all. please help me in stucturing a departmentwise leave policy & suggests equal benefits to all. regards jagruti
