Dear All,
Hi, as we know that after left the service, employee can withdrawal his pf part amount as well as pension part amount. and the other hand if continue service period will be 9.5 yrs the then employee can withdrawal his PF part amount only. and will became pensioner.
But in my case an employee has done continue service for 9 Yrs and 4 month and now he is asking to withdrawal all his pf and pension part amount, because he is not willing to take pension. he is continuing working with us and due to pension applicability after 9.5 yrs he also want to left the company.
kindly suggest me.
Q1. Any employee can withdrawal PF & Pension without leaving the company?
Q.2 After 9.5 yrs of service any one can withdrawal pension part amount instead to take pension scheme?
Q.3 What solution can be used for this issue?
Thanks & Regards

Dear Dwarkadhish ji,
Question wise answers are as under:
No employee can withdraw his PF & Pension without leaving the company.
After10 years of service no one can withdraw pension amount. Withdrawal of pension amount option ceases on completion of 10 years pensionable service.
Question is not understood by me.
