Dear all i have completed b.tech in 2012 and now almost have 1 yr of experience as hr executive. but only confusion is that i don t have mba due to that i m not eligible for many organizations. so i would like to take core hrm certification course. will this certification would be given importance? will this certification accepted by the organization or not to build my career further as an hr without mba? please suggest me. thanks in advance regards madhuri
