Manpower request form - to be circulated to the centre heads at the beginning of each month
I am into recruitment. the centre heads of the respective production centres will give me their manpower requirement for different positions on a monthly basis. their requirements will be either mailed or verbally told. i want to know whether there is any form called "manpower request form" which can be circulated to the centre heads at the beginning of each month and they can in turn fill their requirements in that request form and mail it to me. if any one of u can provide such a form it would serve a great purpose for me.

Ex-servicemen joining the organizations as hr heads
Hi friends it is not intended to hurt anybody. lot of retired people from defence services i mean not of corehr people are joining the organizations at senior level to become hr heads after retirement. some are opting at prematured retirement time and some at postretirement age. they might have possess administrative capabilities but many of them might not have the indepth experience and exposure on different aspects of hr domain. is it a good sign in the current and future hr trends? the environment in which they worked earlier is totally from the industry. how can they cope up with hr culture in the industry and how can they build hr in the industry culture? does it lead to conflict of thoughtprocess between them and career professional? is it not arresting the hr career professionals? trust me i am not saying that they are not capable. like to get the views from the industry fraternity colleagues. regards sure
