Hello,
I want to launch a complaint against a real estate developer company based out of Noida which inspite of employing more than 100 employees does not provide for PF, ESI, Insurance & Medical Benefits.
I would request members to guide process required to do the same and if possible provide contact details of Labor Office who can be approached directly in Noida.

1. If you want to submit any representation to the EPFO & ESI authorities, for Noida area, the offices of the same are located in Noida itself. You can get their addresses or e-mails from their websites.
2. So far offices of Labour Department for Noida area are concerned, you can also get the addresses for Noida area from the Website of State Govt. of Uttar Pradesh.

2.. As per instructions of the Central Govt., the anonymous complaints are not attended/looked into by the authorities. However, the same can be considered if having complete facts which can be investigated. This depends on their discretion.
