Hi!

The conduct of Safety Training in an organization, esp. factories and plants, are indispensable. Every organization must make sure that their employees are properly oriented and trained on safety and health matters. Otherwise, accidents (or even death) and other serious safety related problems can arise anytime, and expose the company to potential legal claims and/ or government sanctions.

A good training on safety must cover both theory and practice on safety and health. The theoritical inputs should focus on the following subject matters:

1. The Safety Policy of the Company

2. Safe Work guidelinnes and procedures

3. The Safety Management System

4. Guidelines on Emergency Situations

5. Proper use of PPEs

6. Sanction and Disciplinary Measures (for Safety Violators)

As always, a trainer must have a good reference material to be able to conduct or run a training seminar.

Hence, you need a comprehensive Safety Manual that will guide you in the conduct of the seminar.

If you don't have a comprehensive and good safety manual, my company can sell to you our Safety Manual. Contact us if you are interested and has budget.

Best regards.

input provide by you is not sufficient only detail activity can be listed out after a visit to the plant and taking stock of other parameters. to mold the culture it requires multidimensional approach and to sustain it apart from training you may need to create few procedure and increase the frequency of internal Audit. Internal Audit should be conducted by well groomed person with in your organsiation who understand each and every process and its cross linkage.

Hi,
You should check which are the occupational diseases that can occur if they don't follow safety.
such as in textile company you must wear Mask & if you are working in weaving department you must wear ear plug because machine makes heavy noise.
so tell them how useful these Personal Protective Equipments are to their health.
then general instructions about safety
just check what type of safety is required to your workers in your company accordingly take training.
